Do Catholic, Orthodox, and Anglican churches have to stop serving communion wine at 2

If not, could I start a "faith-based" dance club and keep it open all night?
Maybe I could get some federal funding?

That law is different depending on what state you live in... but hey, you might as well give it a shot.
