Is anyone of the Anglican Communion allowed to date?

Well see the thing Is, my girlfriend's religion is of the Anglican Communion and I was just wondering since her mom said she's not allowed to date until shes 20 if that's one of the rules they have, so please just help me out...

No, it's not a rule. Maybe her mom is just ultra strict.

I don't think that's an Anglican rule. It sounds to me as if that's her Mom's rule.

No, If were true the AC would be stricter than the Catholic Church. If I were her mom I may say something like that to someone that I clearly did not want my daughter to date. I think that is what may have happened.

I think you need to speak to the young ladies mom. Dialogue is always a good thing. Ask questions without being confrontational. You care about the young lady and would like to go out with her but without mom's permission, it's a no go. You may also consider the alternative; maybe the young lady is using mom as an excuse. Food for thought.
