Will the Episcopal Church be evicted from the Anglican Communion?
now that it is consecrating a lesbian bishop against the directives of Lambeth ?
The Episcopal Church of the United States of America, that is, since other Churches of the Anglican Communion also have Episcopal in their title (Scotland, Ireland, etc)
Some people have gone into Continuing Churches, others have become Eastern Orthodox or Western Rite( an Anglican Use of the Liturgy of St Tikhon)or Roman Catholic
There is also an Anglican Use already up and running with their own parishes in the USA and the bishops of the Traditional Anglican Communion have asked and have been accepted for admittance into the RC Church in an "ordinarier structure" with an "Anglican Rite"
Others have joined a wide variety of conservative Evangelical or Paentecostal denominations from LC-MS to AoG
That's Pentecostal
I think this conflict in TEC and in many denominations shows how different Progressivist perspectives are from Traditionalist perspectives: both sides in this issue consider their position to be the just and true"What Would Jesus Do" position( or Moses or Buddha, etc ,do)
I do not see how these two approaches to morality and theology can long stay together in the same church or synagogue or temple
