The trouble with the good old Internet is that most of the Asatru sources tend to talk their own talk if you get me, very few simply provide sources for your own interpretation, never the less it's a good idea to look at lots of things.
http://northvegr.org/main.php
Has a lot of primary material (including several translations of the Eddas) as well as several modern essays on the subject (to be taken with a pinch of salt)
http://www.runestone.org
Home of the AFA, an American group of affiliated individuals headed by Steve McNallen (considered dubious by many but trusted implicitly by others. Website contains mostly modern interpretation as the AFA are mostly modernist heathens) probably the most vocal of the organizations out there and the ones most responsible for public (and government) knowledge of Asatru.
http://ravencast.podbean.com/
A pod cast site run by two members of the Raven Kindred North. (Humourous and sometimes enlightening, They don't often tackle the really meaty questions but when they do they do a pretty good job of it).
http://heathengods.com/temple/modules/frontpage/
Jotun's Bane Kindred site. (They have a great free library and a forum, they also host a national gathering called Lightening across the plains)
http://www.odinic-rite.org/
The Odinic Rite in England. (Somewhat controversial and they definitely talk their own talk, but it makes for interesting reading none the less)
Many of those linked sites have links to other places of interest on them so it should be a good start for you, just be advised that you may encounter opinions held by some of the participants in these sites/groups that may offend you (the neo-Nazi types haven't gone away, they're just quieter nowadays).
best of luck
