Is The Norse Odin of Asatru a Prescription of Description of Incest among Caucasians?
In Norse paganism, or Asatru, their holy text describes the chief god: Odin. It states that he had sex with his own daughter, and it was the most passionate sex he ever had in his life.
Do you think this was a contributing cause in the acceptance of incest among Caucasians? That is "If the chief god has sex with his daughter and enjoys it greatly, I can too"? Or even that it may be a blessing to do so?
Or do these old stories simply demonstrate an ethnic phenomenon?
Thank you profane. You did at least answer one of my questions.
I should point out, I used to live in the USA, and I found that incest was entirely taboo among Hispanics, Asians, and Blacks. Yet was quite accepted in the Caucasian communities. In fact, I would say a good 75% of the people admitted to a sexual act with a close relative, and another 25% admitted they would enjoy such.
It could be also Nationality? Where I live now in Asia (Philippines), all the Caucasians are Paedophiles. However, that's another question.
Indeed there IS a holy text of the Norse pagans. Particularly the Eddas, Heimskringla, and Gesta Danorum.
Never heard of the Nibelungenlied?
It is not I who has their information right, Miss Loki's Daughter. Perhaps you forgot that your father had a horse's penis inside of him?
