Default Atheists, why do you refuse to accept the Truth?
Here is the Truth...

The Flying Spaghetti Monster created all things, even the Laws of Physics. That means He can actually transcends nature.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster loves you very much and sacrificed Himself to save you from an eternity of Hell.

All you have to do to receive salvation is humble yourselves and accept the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I just can't win either way. Being a diabetic, I have to watch my crab intake, thus can't accept FSM in to my heart unless my blood sugar allows it. *pouts*

In all honesty, my answer to the actual question is simple:


We don't subscribe you your "truth" because we are intellectually honest.

I mean, I would really like to believe in some kind of a god. I really would. It would make suffering a lot easier to bear, and the awful stuff that goes on in the world would be easier to push aside because it could all be some god's plan.

However, I see no proof for it at all. I might as well say it's because Santa was pissed off, or because deforestation has caused a decline in fairies.

I just can't pretend that there is something that isn't there, just to make me feel better. It's false and it's stupid. Just because it makes you more comfortable doesn't make it right.

But if I ever did worship FSM at dinner time, then I would only have to clean up the whole room later that evening. Tomato sauce can stain things.

Sorry, but I don't believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster in the first place. As a sane, rational person, I have come to the conclusion on the basis of the available evidence that the Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't exist.

Besides, deep down we all know that Haruhi Suzumiya is the one true god.

i dint understand atheists..i really dint..you talk about whats going on in the world and if thee really was a God then why let this all happen...??
well its all in the Bible ..everything that is happening...is foretold in the bible .....so why dint you just believe it..i dint understand and pro bally will never...all i can do it pray for people like you to be shown wisdom and understanding....

I've cuddled in the arms of the of His Noodliness and confessed my atheism to Him.He said RAmen and pass the Marinara.He accepts almost everyone.He did cast away several priests and popes as well as Hitler and Stalin.
