Unfortunately, based on the ones I have encountered on here, my opinion is quickly changing. I used to find atheists as a rule, far more compassionate, forgiving, tolerant, non-judgmental and open minded than their Christian counterparts. Based on them insulting other opinions, calling people "stupid" and narrow minded and "ignorant" and deleting questions that challenge their beliefs on here...I'm beginning to think they are actually as bad or worse than many "Christians" at all the above I mentioned.

I think that everybody has the right to believe, or not believe, in what ever they want.

Feel sorry for them. They could be doing so much for themselves and others, yet they hide behind lies to decrease the effort needed to get to heaven. They shall end up burning in hell.

I think differently of every atheist, depending on his or her beliefs. In my opinion atheists get stuck on one point against Christianity and will not accept an explanation for it. Or sometimes they are to focused on naturalism that they are not willing to actually attempt to see what is natural. In my opinion atheists want to believe something so they do. Not to say they do not have good points, but I think they decide their belief and then find reason rather than looking at reason and deciding their belief.

1.God said that fools say "there is no God". Psalm 14.1
2.Atheists (and communists (no real difference),etc) say "There is no God"
3.The Bible is also clear that on the day of Judgment every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. This include those whom are God's elect and those whom are not, including Satan and those angels who rebelled with him. (Philippians 2.10-11)
4.I'll draw my conclusions through those two scriptures alone.

The scripture says in Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God... We as Christians believe the scriptures.

Why ask the question when you can see from their posts on here that they are intolerant, hate filled, bigoted and persecuting towards them?

Perhaps you were hoping to come across a GOOD christian that believes in a loving god and acts like it but they are extremely rare on here!

Overall, I think Atheists are fine, and I love them as I love everyone. (I don't think they are immoral because of being Atheist.) Unfortunately, the bashes/haters/attackers on R&S tend to give the rest a bad name [EDIT: Fire, above, just proved my point], but I believe they are the few bad apples in the barrel. But I do think they are spiritually blind, and I hope they come to find Jesus.
