What if your wrong when you die if I was wrong I was just being a good person but if your wrong your in trouble in the afterlife

Most Christians say that God would forgive people that didn't believe in him and let them into Heaven, as long as they were a good person in their life.
But God doesn't exist, so that's nothing to worry about.
Wrong is a subjective term. I've lived what I feel is the life of a decent human being. I didn't beat rape victims to death as it prescribes in the bible, but I did what I felt was right when I felt it right... And the impossibility of a biblical God is just too overwhelming to ignore.
Here we go again.AIannre is an infinite amount of possible gods and of those we quite likely made up over thousands (just google for list of gods to see some).
You're wasting the life you KNOW you have protecting yourself for only one specific scenario that you'll never find significant evidence for (and neither did billions of people over 2000 years so that makes Christianity (and similarly Islam) even less likely to happen than not yet explored religions).
We atheists aren't foolish at all.
>>What if your wrong when you die if I was wrong I was just being a good person
That is always assuming that you are worship ping the only god, but suppose that Zeus is peed off at you, you know, real jealous, for not worship ping him; You could end up in tartar us for eternity.
>> but if your wrong your in trouble in the afterlife
Could be, but I will not have not done anything to seriously offend the gods, like worship ping another one.
It is you who should be concerned: Blaze Pascal, just didn't think it through.
NOT AGAIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pascal's Wager has risen from the grave to HAUNT THIS FORUM ONE MORE TIME!!!!! And just when we thought we had rid ourselves of its horrible wickedness!!!!!!!!!!
I'm starting to wonder whether this argument has made it into Bad Science (currently reading the book).
Lets keep this simple. You say that you have more chance of going to heaven if you believe in God. In terms of loss, atheists can lose or nothing will happen. Christians (or whatever religion you are, you didn't ACTUALLY say, I'll get to that in a sec) can win or nothing happens.
The most obvious flaw is the sheer number of religions there are and have been. This severally lowers the probability for everyone (atheists have less chance of losing).
Secondly, without saying what religion you think is true, your argument is pointless.
Thirdly, Pascal may have been a good mathematician, but every mathematician makes a stupid mistake like this.
