I doubt we atheists invest as much in science as religions people do in religion. Its more about the concept and idea than supernatural bodies and worshiping.
Well I wouldn't be too concerned with what it says in The Bible - a book written ad mist an incestuous orgies when people thought that the Earth was flat and never really did much other than eating, fighting/killing and screwing. What's the bent bishop gonna say about that I ponder?
