I'd say that most people who actually utilize yahoo answers are teenagers so that may have something to do with the childish behavior that some questions on this site receive. The sign of an Atheist I'm not sure if your using this to mean symptoms or commonalities among atheists. Despite that I'm sure there are plenty of atheists with childish thoughts however, I wouldn't judge a entire group of people based on a few or even the majority. In my personal experience it's often the most thoughtful of people that avoid discussing their personal beliefs in order to both avoid offending others, starting conflicts, or giving a reason for someone to have a preconceived notion about you before getting to know you.

"Believers can have more than a little to do with the rise of atheism. To the extent that they are careless about their instruction in the faith, or present its teachings falsely, or even faith in their, religious, moral and social life. They must be said to conceal rather than reveal the true nature of God and of religion."

Most Atheists are "educated" and they're so closed off, and set in their ways just as you. In other words allow them their own thoughts. All you can do is pray for them and make sure you can defend your faith, because even your explanations have holes.

Jack, your tone is becoming a bit of a worry. You sound petulant. If your faith gives you strength then you should show it more. Someone who is comfortable with their faith doesn't act aggressively toward unbelievers.

You are wrong in thinking that God is necessary in choosing good from evil. Every human being is given the power to determine which acts will cause harm and which will not. It is not the sole dominion of atheists to do evil, in fact, historically more evil acts have been perpetrated in the name of God than for any earthly reason (Crusades, Inquisition, genocide of native peoples, etc, etc....). If dogma and religion can incite evil deeds then our one true connection to God can only be scripture, separate from faith or religion or even belief. If our true relationship with God is internal - independent of religion or dogma then our only access to God would be through reflection on scripture and if God lives within all of us then an Atheist is just someone who doesn't believe...they still resort to God for answers.

Remember, God created evil.

Atheists answers are proof the devil is hard at work.

(((Apostle Jack))) God bless you

@@Len.. you think you are smart. You do not know Christ, Christians do. I think you
are jealous of us that know. Your little rude comment reveals that. You do not see it, but
others do. Your answer BTW sounds very immature and very rude. ALl atheists can do is try to
get under a Christians skin. You know it and we know it. You can never answer a question with any logic, why? because you have none. Get over yourself. Lil
