Jack, your tone is becoming a bit of a worry. You sound petulant. If your faith gives you strength then you should show it more. Someone who is comfortable with their faith doesn't act aggressively toward unbelievers.
You are wrong in thinking that God is necessary in choosing good from evil. Every human being is given the power to determine which acts will cause harm and which will not. It is not the sole dominion of atheists to do evil, in fact, historically more evil acts have been perpetrated in the name of God than for any earthly reason (Crusades, Inquisition, genocide of native peoples, etc, etc....). If dogma and religion can incite evil deeds then our one true connection to God can only be scripture, separate from faith or religion or even belief. If our true relationship with God is internal - independent of religion or dogma then our only access to God would be through reflection on scripture and if God lives within all of us then an Atheist is just someone who doesn't believe...they still resort to God for answers.
Remember, God created evil.
