Marrying outside the Baha'i Faith is permissible as long as the couple has parental consent from all parents and has a Baha'i wedding ceremony -- though they can have a second ceremony in the religion of the other partner.
Assuming that by "Baha'i couple" you mean two Baha'is, I cannot imagine why they would raise their child as anything other than what they believed in. We are told to educate our children. Part of that means teaching them the things we are convinced are true -- that Baha'u'llah brought the most recent message from God, that all religions come from God, that there is one human race in all its beautiful colors and cultures, etc. Many Baha'i parents also teach their children about other religions and may encourage their children to attend services to understand what other people believe.
Hope this helps.
