Especially in America, I'd like to know. Just if you were to encounter a Baha'i, how would you feel or treat them or think? I already know that a lot of Muslims believe Baha'u'llah was a fake, so I don't need that bit of it, just how you would personally feel and act.
Muslims hate anyone that are different to them. there holy book teach them violence, rape, murderer, and slavery. they think that lying about other religion is good as long as it is good for the spread of Islam.
This quote is from Mohammad himself:" The Muslim has the right to enslave the enemy prisoners"
A lot of Muslims are hostile towards Baha'is because they teach that Mohammad wasn't the final prophet. They respect Christians and Jews (or are supposed to) because they're teachings are older, and they don't see them as contradictory towards Islam, just previous versions.
I know that, if you look at Egypt and Iran, you will find a plethora of human rights violations towards the Baha'i. It is such as shame, since they create such wonderful things like the Baha'i gardens in Haifa, Israel and the Lotus Temple in India.
Edit: Okay, UNICE, first, how am I a fraud? Second, how is being a Jew a bad thing? The only thing you got right is that I'm a ZIonist.
I'm an American Baha'i, and have had a couple of personal contacts with Muslims; they were almost always positive. My best friend in high school was Palestinian and though his family was not particularly religious, I think they could still be considered Muslim. They treated me like family. Another time I met a Muslim from Turkey and he positively glowed when he learned I was a Baha'i. We had a great conversation.
I think as a rule, Muslim leadership preaches intolerance of the Baha'i Faith. But "on the ground", I imagine many Muslim individuals--especially in America--have no particular hatred or negative feelings towards Baha'is.
I'm a Unitarian Bah??? (a member of the Unitarian Bah??? Association) and have had (and continue to have) many personal contacts with Muslims (Sunn?, Sh???, and S?f? alike); they are always positive. My best friend in high school was an Ism??ilia from Pakistan; his devoutly religious family treated me like family too. Another time I met a S?f? Shaykh from Iran and he warmly embraced me when he learned I was a Bah???. We had a wonderful Zukor.
I think as a rule, only Wahhabis preach intolerance of the Bah??? Faith. Most Muslims are either indifferent or positively inclined toward Bah???s.
