Landover Baptists?

Hi,
I registered here because I found a Baptist website that frankly scared and disgusted me in a terrible terrible way.
They're the 'Landover Baptists' and they honestly scare me a lot. It scares me to think that there are so many people on this forum and think the same way and think such terrible things. I joined here because the group at this particular forum seems PLENTY open minded, allowing thought from MANY sides without hate and I respect these forums a lot, along with the members in it.

I noticed that there are a few threads about the Westboro, obviously a hate group that trolls in every possible way.

But these Baptists..
There is a thread on their forum about a girl that has been raped.
They say that the girl refused to marry her rapist, and on top of that, plans to kill the baby her rapist gave her.

They say she is a slut and a whore for not marrying him because she is a "temptress" who "asked to be raped" and the "poor man" is the victim. They say that she is horrible because she refuses to marry a man that took away her dignity and replaced it with pain. And the kicker here is that I'm undercutting it. It get so horrible from there, theres over 100 pages of these guys and 1-3 people who disagreed in the first 7 or so pages.

(I'm sorry if it is troublesome to post this link because I know some forums dislike it)

Please, check this people out and tell me what you all think because I know Baptists are not this crazy, but there are WAY too many of this people and it scares me a LOT.

Also, if I offended someone with this somehow, I apologize.


I have a lot of respect for intelligent Christians, which I believe you all are, but I believe these people might possibly be insane or just completely deluded.

Please tell me you all sympathize for the poor woman who was attacked and raped and think the offender should be punished, and not that some how the she is the responsible one.

I read another thread on this board, and one person mentioned these people before saying that they are trolls.
If this is the truth, I'll be SOOOOO happy. That means that these people aren't as insane and terrible deluded as I thought, and really just VERY dedicated trolls and nothing more.
I really hope this is the reality about them. There were signs that they were trolls but I couldn't get past the fact of how dedicated they are and how much gather to troll. I thought they HAD to be serious.
