We don't even know if Jesus lived, who, how, where, ETC - The Bible for one is completely unreliable so at this point there is no way to find out, unless you had a time machine and could distinguish Jesus from the crowds, because how do you know, he could have been just another regular person, that was...perhaps...crazy...I'm not saying this as a fact or anything but, just to show you that the possibilities are endless, so why ask such a question? True/False, all depends on your religion, what you want to believe, and the facts you are presented, its all relative - why bother.
No, I don't believe that Jesus actually traveled that far but there is history written in Glastonbury England of a young lad that traveled with Joseph His uncle and this young boy is believed to be Jesus. There is a book written by Raymond E. Capp (?)...you can do a search on the Internet and see ...

Probably Buddhism was first introduced to Tibet in 173 CE during the reign of the 28Th Yarlung king Lha Thothori Nyantsen, but had apparently no impact.
The first official historic introduction of a Buddhist scripture into Tibet happened during reign of King Hlato Ri Nyentsen (28Th king of Tibet - around 500 CE), however, the book was not translated at the time.
King Song Tsen GampoThe 33rd King of Tibet, Song Tsen Gampo (born 617) had the book translated and married two Buddhist princesses. With this, one can say that Buddhism was first really introduced to Tibet as a practice.
*** if jesus was in tibet, as absurd as it sounds, he'll be studying the original 'bon' religion of tibet. ***
