Default What does "Pansas" mean in Buddhism, Theravada I think pali?

here is the sentence from the website I am trying to read:

This is not a technical term in Buddhism. It does not appear in either Pali or Sanskrit dictionaries.

I suspect it's a colloquial term in the native language of the speaker but it's very difficult to understand the meaning, based on the context.
