In what ways are Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism similar?

I have to write a essay for school on the topic of how Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism are similar? I'm kind of stuck, and I was just looking for some answers here. I appreciate all of them!! thanks!

Polytheistic.
Ancient.
Eastern.

The air is still... without a breath, as crystals fall creating depth
Beneath my feet, crunch and break, singing songs a sirens wake
December days of which I feel just perfect pictures but so real
Toboggans slashing through the snow leaving marks row on row

Eyes I take from the ground a moment just to look around
At smiling faces and good cheer, Christmas time I see is near
Amazing co lours all a blaze, to dazzle such a wondrous gaze
Pretty girls with shinning eyes, exited minds waiting their surprise

A special time of year, no bugs around to share my beer
The leaves all gone you see raked and bagged by me, landscapes bare and naked trees
To relax and toy summer memories breeze past now in reprieve
A twinkled shiny time of year I wish you all... Seasons Greetings and Christmas Cheer !

Actually (to the first comment) I this that Tao ism ply believe in the Tao (not any gods) and I know most Buddhist are atheist but Hindus are polytheistic.

I would say the main summarily is that they are all based on a life philosophy rather than following a given god.
