Default I feel like turning Nihilist but I just starting trying out Buddhism?

Should I keep trying to be a perfect Buddhist which is nearly impossible because of mainly the people I work with that are very... not respecting but only to each other we are...

I personally do not care about anyone even me... Though I love my family (pet including) I don't care about anything or anyone other...

Be an existentialist. That's the view that life is inherently meaningless, so that it's up to you to give your own life meaning and purpose. It promotes the power of the individual.

Once you grow up and mature you'll realize that these things come naturally. You don't decide to be one of the other. If you do that, you're going to fail at it. So, my suggestion is to try out whatever floats your boat for now, but that anything you force is going to fail. And don't be one of those obnoxious kids who spouts off about how he believes he's a Buddhist or a nihilist. You probably don't even understand either.

Try Christianity! Consider that God himself (Jesus) sacrificed himself for us, just so we would be acceptable to God the father. If you can believe that, you are on your way to be the kind of person you want to be.

A good reason to believe it is that it is true, as evidenced by the testimonies of non-brainwashed believers.

Edit: Many Christians believe the theory of evolution too.

Do not start with the intent of being a perfect Buddhist. Start with the intent of being a novice Buddhist.

there is a long way to reach the understanding of Buddhism emptiness. so please first start with loving kindness and compassion , re joy and equanimity. finally try emptiness. you ll not turn in nihilism. but you ll become the middle way follower. the union of loving kindness and emptiness.
best of luck

In Buddhism, the understanding comes first ... and this understanding triggers the inner changes.
Until that time (which takes about 5-10 years to begin starting), you conscientiously try to follow the Eightfold Path and the Five Precepts.

In your practice, you will have certain compassion-building exercises. Compassion for yourself as well as for all others.

If you do not have these practices, you need to find a drama center where you can take classes and learn to be a Buddhist, if this is your choice.

Nihilism and Buddhism will lead you in two directly opposite directions. Nihilism will cause you to "shut down". It takes no courage or inner strength. Buddhism will cause you to "open up" and takes a lot of courage and inner strength.
