Seriously if you are a woman don't bother, it's exactly the same as Christianity for you if you have a womb.

Dunno about books aimed at teenagers but Buddha.net has many many sources that you can download for free and read. Books about meditation and general Buddhism for students and people who are new to it.

Here's a link: http://buddhanet.net/library.htm

All the books are .PD, super easy to read.

EDIT: The original Buddha had female disciples, it's Tibetan culture and Indian culture that make women inferior, if you read the Dhammapada (the oldest known Buddhist Scripture) it says nothing about men or women, if you read about the Buddha he said nothing about men or women. All of the sexist crap was added in by sexist cultures that influenced the religion. But sexism is an attachment and if we make different rules for men and women, if we distinguish between men and women then we have not become enlightened.

In fact, the Buddha and the DHammapada said that we are ALL one, no matter who we are. We're all human and we all suffer and feel pain.
