Default what is Buddhism's view on birth defects?

what do they say about them about past lives and such i have one and i kinda swing to Buddhism as to being right seems more believable to me every one having a life before this one. don't insult me for my choice but the earth and the universe has been around for millions of years and i pop around now just because my mum and dad had sex when my birth defect has nothing to do with genetics's doctor's just said it's one of them things.
i do believe i have done some wrong in my past life

Buddhists believe that someone must have really blown it in a past life of yours.

Buddhists who live in Asia view birth defects as a sign that they did something wrong in their past lives. American Buddhists tend to take a more medical view.

in Buddhism it is not always because of pass karma. especially in Tibetan and Chinese Buddhism.
there are some possibilities for that defect. 1) karma 2) life wind force during the entry of a bar do mind towards womb. 3) exhaustion of merit (disturb by sprite) 4) genetic
that's why Buddha taught 6 cause, 4 condition 5 result. read Adham.RAMO K sorry: not only sutra of meditation. read dammapada about nature, read abidharma about agregat, forms, six sense. the datail about cause and effect. the nature of all the phenomena acccording to mahayana and vajrayana.

Buddhism is mainly a mind searching practice.
Buddhism do not address physical problems.
