Dharma is the lived teachings of these faiths and philosophies, that which is beneficial and thereby true to all. Such might be summed up as knowing yourself and living mindfully in all that you think, say and do so as to be compassionate and caring towards all that is as you are a part of them just as they are a part of you.

I see it used as a law or system of teachings which create a law. Probably not the best explanation but it is how I view it.

Buddha/Hindu/Sikhand Jain these are all religions. Religions are for the human being to understand themselves and thereby GOD. It is a path lead by people who have knowledge. All paths lead to GOD & thus they are all connected.

All 4 of them are Dharmic religions and originate in India , just like how Christo , Judeo and Islam are Abrahamic and originate in middle east .

Dharma roughly means righteousness .
