Buddhists OR Not, Religions are merely outward display to show how pious a man is and is often used by many to cover-up their corruption and hypocrisy. A man is known by his ACTIONS not his AFFILIATION. So whether someone converts to Buddhism matters not so long as one is loving, just, merciful and like you said: "accommodating."
In the long run, no. Remember Christians think long term.
Us Christians believe in tough love. We got to make you hate us before you love us. Those "Christians" who don't make you cringe are not telling it right. And we don't care, because we don't want to please other men. We want to please the Lord.
Abrahamists were around long before Buddha was born. Moreover, Buddhism was based on Hinduism - the Hindu belief that the soul goes through endless trans migrations. Buddhism came up with an idea to stop them. If that can be done, there's no need for a God. That's what they figured.
So, even if Buddhists don't believe in God they still believe things that other theists and atheists cannot believe in.
Buddhism accommodates both theists & atheists, so would it better if all Abrahamists
