Default In Christianity, is it a sin to become physically immortal?

Firstly, please don't post useless stuff like "God doesn't exist" because I will report you; I'm not here to argue about silly anti-atheist stuff - just asking a question, but any spam or offensive answers will get reported.

Suppose with the help of science people don't die, would that be a sin? Adam and Eve were physically immortal in the starting but then, as a punishment, God made it so that humans would start dying. Sooner of later, according to the Bible, the world is going to end - so people who might be immortal would die physically after the Millennium Kingdom. But, what would happen after that? Would God say it's a sin? I'd like to know what other Christians think regarding this.
Jaffa - I think you need to read the Book of Revelation in the Bible; it says very plainly that the world will end.

So you report ridiculous answers but ask ridiculous questions? LOL

Becoming physically immortal is impossible therefore it cannot be a sin.

Oh no, don't report me for my answer differing from your opinion! Quaking in my boots now!
Being immortal is impossible, by the way. Science can't change that.

Firstly the world will not end, the Bible says it will remain for ever.
Yes, God did remove the everlasting life Adam & Eve had, but he promises to restore this, and though scientists can't explain why humans die, they can neither make anyone immortal, only God can give immortality.

Living forever in perfection in a human body is different from the hope of immortality in a spirit body that the saints/anointed/elect will be blessed with. (first resurrection) I have not found any hope of immortality for those who gain eternal life on a Paradise earth in the Bible. Psalms 37:29

See 1 Corinthians 15:42-57; Revelation 20:4-6;..

Even angels do not have immortality as seen from the fact that Satan and the demons, rebellious angels, will die.

Feel free to learn more Bible truth here;

God drove Adam and the woman later named Eve from the garden of Eden in order to deny them the fruit of the tree of life, which would bestow the divine attribute, eternal life (Genesis 3:22-24). Thus humans are like God in one respect (having knowledge of good and evil) but, unlike him, they die.

They had already attained the knowledge of good and evil from the other forbidden tree. This attribute belongs supremely to God, who forbade humans to acquire it. After the first human pair has defied his command, God condemns them and their descendants to a life of toil and pain. There' a similar theme in the ancient Greek myth of Pandora.

So one of the attributes that God denied to humans in the myth is immortality. So presumably attaining immortality would be considered sinful.

I thought you knew your bible?

Deuteronomy 4:40
That thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for ever.
Psalm 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
Psalm 78:69 The earth which he hath established for ever.
Psalm 104:5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
Ecclessiastes 1:4 One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.
As to us living forever or close.
God would not care unless you think the almighty cannot kill a few old humans.

Where is your faith friend?

Regards
DL
