There are many great books which go very deep.
I read Bhagwat Gita ( holy books of Hindus).
I dint know if Buddhism has any particular book written.

Hinduism has the Vedas (Rig, Yajur, Atharva, Sama), Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, etc.

Buddhism has various Sutras (ex. Lankavatara Sutra)

Taoism: Tao Te Chung, Zhuangzi

Confucianism (not a religion): Analects of Confucius, Book of Mencius
