I don't think they have leaders. It's an ethical system rather than a faith for the most part, I think.

The Priests of Confucianism follow very old traditions very similar to Chan Buddhism and Taoism and as such there are no specific leaders only different sects and schools of thought. The primary difference between those different groups mentioned and Confucianism is that Confucius believed in very strict social order and manners of human conduct so rigid it would seem quite stuffed shirt to most westerners.
