Hard core chauvinism, and an overwhelming tendency to appeal to the authority of the ancients rather than evidence and reason.

To be honest, there really aren't any, unless you consider not believing in a deity a "Flaw." Confucianism is very ethical and non-violent. The general idea is that everything is connected to each other and everything has an opposite, thus the concept of Yin and Yang.

Humanity
Ritual
Loyalty
Filial Piety
