Confucianism does not have a god. The belief is a complex mixture of philosophy, spirituality and intellectual beliefs. Here's a link to a small article on the religion:

In the Confucius belief, it would be wrong for me to rob you of the opportunity to do your own homework. But it is not wrong for me to direct you to a source for you to do your homework.
Confucianism isn't what some would see as a traditional religion. I sort of see it as a way of life which gives people a foundation to be better people. In many cultures, people practice Confucianism along with another religion (like Buddhism or Taoism).
