Default Confucianism, Daoism, and Legalism?

What is the impact of these Chinese Philosophies on the development of human civilization?

Writing an essay, I have very good info, but would like to know opinions.

Confucianism developed the constructs of Chinese civilization and has become a staple to their political and social philosophies. Daoism has developed into the religious construct of the far-eastern world and Legalism was the concept behind such great ideas as Modern Democracy.
