Yes. The First Amendment in the United States Bill of Rights guarantees the right to practice whatever religion you want.

Confucianism is a complex system of moral, political, philosophical, social thought. It is considered a religion by some or more to the point a substitute for religion. There is no reason a person could not follow the teachings of Confucius in the U.S.
