Default Are all successful Malaysian Chinese influenced by Confucianism?

Regardless he is a Buddhist, Christian or Atheist?
If you are a Chinese, do you like Confucian teachings?

I think some aspects of Confucianism - like hon our and respect for the self, always learning with humility (as opposed to bod oh sambaing). But most successful Chinese I think have mixed backgrounds in the sense that they receive a mixture of Chinese and non-Chinese (i.e Western) education. then they can learn to think and be more creative. Not too traditional Chinese, which tends to be insular.

Confucianism [Chinese or Oriiental or Eastern] and Christianity [Western, although Christianity originates ROM the East] teaches similar things but from different approach [Values, Attitudies, Needs, Expectations...] and so everyone has the chance to succeed if the principles taught are followed, but it is a long and hard process. It needs discipline and most fail because they want to be rich quickly.....

Hmm, but isn't Confucian teachings bend on being a pacifist? Not very competitive...

Its more like Sun Tzu teachings when it comes to the business world. Personally I like Sun Tzu better. More practical in the real world.
