It's actually not a religion so you can't convert.

Nothing. It actually is a religion but has no personified deity. Many of the Western mindset do not grasp the idea of a non-personified deity. But like many Eastern religions, worship of a deity is irrelevant. The goals of these religions are to find enlightenment and progress to realization of that divine thing that is nameless. Confucianism is centered on preferred social behavior, and does not conflict in any way with any western religion.

Confusing question. Converting to "Confusing Ism"
It is not a religion, it is a philosophy so, there no conversion needed. What will happen is that you gain extra knowledge about life.

Then I have to adopt their morals, which is too strict for my taste. And also, the women being inferior to males thing is not for me.

Nothing. People can convert to whatever religion they think could make them a better person. Whatever religion you are in, the only thing you should always put N mend...do not do to others what you do not what to do unto you. And other things will follow.

Confucianism is not a religion, but a way to live as the most righteous human on this world, the basic teaching is to be the model citizen of the country and of the world, respect and honor your parents, be loyal to your country, be friend to your neighbors, and be respectful of your elders, and friend to juniors.

If you decided to adopt (not convert) the ways of Confucianism, and able to uphold all the standards of philosophy, then you will be a person approaching Sainthood.

Although, Confucianism shy away from making a firm statement about spiritual world, but neither denied their existences as well. And the most famous phrase that Confucian said, " If one can not even live righteously, one must not speak of Ghosts and Gods, else create chaos for yourself."
