question regarding Confucianism, Daoism, and Buddhism?

I am writing an essay and need some help. Here is my thesis.
For Confucianism, Daoism, and Zen Buddhism living a good life means helping others in your community, and by doing this helps one become closer to the religious goal they seek.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure that helping others is necessarily required but I do know that much of this one Mahayanan (Buddhist) book of meditations focuses on actually looking outward, not actually being the center of your life (don't cherish self). With any situation you can ask yourself "what is the good thing to do here" and hypothetically if you do that enough the good thing becomes reflex and you don't have to keep asking that same boring question.

I think bottom line the answer is that Buddhism anyway teaches that good is achievable and it's totally in your hands - "all you have is your actions" is one of the five remembrances.

As for Daoism, the ultimate good is simply to live a serene and peaceful life, not striving for unimportant things like fame, wealth, or material possessions.

Confucian say,man who fight with wife all day get no piece at night.
