1. Yes, they worship God. However, not in the same way in which someone such as a Christian or a Sikh would worship Him. More in the same way in which a Deist would worship Him.
2.Taking into consideration that they worship their ancestors, they probably do believe in the soul, but, do not speculate on what life for the soul is like.
3. Analects of Confucius & Mencius. The I Ching. Classic of Poetry. Doctrine of Mean.
4. They worship God & their ancestors in their temples.
5. They follow the teachings of their scholars.
6. The I Ching.
7. They worship in Temples.
8. The rites of passage which you have listed.
9. They do not speculate on what happens in the afterlife. All we know is that they will be worshiped as ancestors.
Edit: For Zi_Xian & Okim_Im: Actually, yes, Confucianism DOES worship God: They worship Ti'en(aka 'Heaven'). Confucianism just doesn't worship God in the same way that a Christian would.
Edit #2: I should add, Zin_Xian, that Judaism is a legalistic kind of religion, just like Confucianism is. They emphasize "deed over creed."
