Neither. Taoism is subtle and sticks it to "the Man" every time.

I am a christian and I think legalism stinks and turns so many people away from God. It turned me away many years ago until I found out that God isn't into legalism. I want to be a christian but if I had to choose between legalism and Confucianism I'd have to pick the latter.
