Does Confucianism bear a lot of blame for the blatant corruption in china?

i know about the whole communist thing breeds alto of corruption , but don't you think a philosophy that teaches people to have blind obedience to authority feeds into that?

No. communism is. One of the large things in a communist country is the black market - which leads to corruption. However, China is in a slow movement toward democracy without even realizing it. They are already closer to a free market.

No. It's mostly from Communism.

I don't think so but it makes me wonder what could be the reason for America's blatant corruption? Since we don't practice Communism or Confucianisms.
