There is no concept of evil in druidism/paganism/Wicca etc. Balance is the goal, accepting both the light and the dark.

Evil for them is simply defined as the pursuit of self gain.

Dark, light, earth, wind, water, fire are all simple elemental forces that aren't good or evil. it's how the are used that would be good or evil.
