Generally yes, although some may not call it witchcraft.

It is normally a form of reconstructed Celtic folk magic.

Technically, the historical Druids/Celts were extremely anti-witchcraft ... at least as far as we can tell. Anyone who used magic and was NOT a trained Druid was suspect. Dian Cecht even killed his own son for doing a healing that was 'not approved of'.

There is Witchcraft in every religion since it is not a religion but a craft. Those who call it a religion they assume much.
