first, and the largest difference i believe. is that in Wicca. everyone is a Priest, or Priestess as soon as they are initiated into a coven. In the Celtic system to become a Priest or Priestess (Druid). was a long and hard road, often taking a 20 year apprenticeship. and requiring the person to be a master of healing herbs. or Celtic history. (oral histories were handed down from Druid to Druid) and lastly
to form a magical connection with the gods. to be able to meet the dam ands of being a true priest.
(this is why i claim to be a Celtic Pagan, and a Priest of the gods...but NOT a Druid. ) ( i simply do not have the Herbal knowledge, and the oral histories are lost to time and war. )
the Celts had many gods and goddesses that they worshiped. and their names were public. when the Druid called to the Dagda everyone knew whom he was calling and why. In Wicca each Coven will have a Patron god and goddess. and they seem to keep these names secret .(though for what reason i do not know, though i can guess based on the writings of Gerald Gardner and some of his early associates) and they tend to stick to the 2 that were chosen for the coven, or (if solitary) for themselves.
as for the names of the gods and goddesses of both religions.
Wicca tends to use a generic god/goddess or lord/lady. and allow each practitioner or coven to choose which god or god aspect will fill each role (Isis seems to be very popular at the moment) as does Cernunnos).

the Celts (i am one) use more nature in their gospel, where i think vicunas are more into witchcraft, though i may be wrong. but hardly ever am i. Lil Rhiannon is a Celtic goddess.
aside from the fact that Wicca is a new religion and type of witchcraft founded by Gerald Gardner in 1945 and the fact that the Celts and Druids have been around a great deal longer, there are a great many differences. It takes approximately 3 years as a Wiccan to reach HP/HPS status in almost all branches of Wicca. Druids take at minimum 10 years study to become a full Druid and the subjects studied in training are quite different from that of Wicca. While most forms of Druidism only recognize the Celtic deities, Wicca recognizes everything except perhaps Jesus and Satan. Wiccans can hold their meetings anywhere and don't have to do so out of doors. Druids hold their rites outside in nature, especially in henge's of stone or wood.... I could go on and on but you see my point check out the various websites for Wicca and Druidism as a start
Reverend Patricia Norwood, former AD ,MOCC RDW (Reformed Druidic Wicca(RDNA offshoot) founder and curent AD OOS RDW (RDNA offshoot)
Well, the first part is that Druidism is Celtic, whereas Wicca is not - http://www.clannada.org/wicca.php goes into detail on this.
Wicca uses a calendar with 8 holidays, a ritual structure influenced by Ceremonial Magic and the Greco-Roman "classical four" elemental system (earth, air, fire, water), and has a specific two deities. Druidism has between 4 and 8 holidays (depending on the branch), a ritual structure influenced more by a Celtic mindset (and using a Celtic elemental system using 7 to 11 elements), and a wide pantheon of Celtic deities.
The names of the deities from Wicca are oath bound - the public titles given the them are Lord and Lady. For the Druids, you're going to hear names like Lugh, Brigid, Manannan, Dagda and the Morrigan. (Though, those are the Irish names, there's variety among the other Celtic nations.)
