Druidism is an Earth centered, Pagan religion. I will address each of your questions briefly:
"What is it about?"
Druidism is about forming and maintaining a relationship between yourself and the Gods. This is formed and kept through ritual and offerings/sacrifices. These offerings/sacrifices often include: food, songs or poems, incense, alcohol, stones, etc.
"like what are the main concepts, and beliefs/practice's?"
I belong to an ADF grove. A typical religious gathering mainly consists of offerings to the Gods. In each rite a guardian is called, a gate keeper helps open gates, the ancestors, gods, and nature spirits (basically animals), and specific deities are given an offering of some sort.

"What the Gods names?"
Most Druids stick with the Irish pantheon. Common Irish Gods and Goddesses are: Morrigan, Danu, Dagda, Brigit, and Cernunnus. ADF is one of the only Druid organizations that is Pan-European in the pantheons we hon our. My particular Grove will often stick with the following: Irish, Welsh, Norse, Anglo Saxon, and I think one time we did Hellenic.

Other question's raised by the other answerer's:
I wouldn't personally describe Druidism as Shamanistic. There are some crossovers between the two, but they are ultimately distinctly different.
We do not worship trees. The closest this comes is the world tree. The world tree is supposed to connect all three words. In each ritual we do try to connect to this tree. A ritual isn't supposed to happen only in this world, but all three, or at least a place between all three.
EDIT: Hehe, its OK Gypsy. I thought Druidism and Shamanism were enter changeable terms for the longest time. I think almost every person has made that mistake at some point, Lil.
