for the third user, I am asking if the Druze are considered Muslims.

Yes! Druze are an "independent" sect of Islam. Like Mormonism and Christianity.

They claim to be from Islam, but many Islamic scholars consider them non-Muslims because they are not that strict and/or have somewhat different beliefs similar to Shiites:
