They only believe in parts of the Qu'ran, deny Sunnah, and accept certain other religious scriptures as authorities, such as Jewish scriptures and Zoroastrian scriptures. They also don't allow conversions and are highly secretive [thus not all of their beliefs are known] and are known for murdering anyone from their kind which converts to another religion or intermarries. They are not Muslim.
