They generally speak different languages.

Druze are an Abrahamic three type. I believe Monotheists in general (except the Jews) are very very dangerous. Although there might be some bad Jews, I have yet to meet them (unless you re referring to the Jews for Jesus). Druze are Christian, Jewish, Islamic and Sufi and Ive heard of them before.
