Look, each Lebanese group was against another at least once during their lives.
3 years ago, the Druze were against Hezballah and were almost gonna do a war; now they're close allies and always defend each other.
Christians in Lebanon are divided, thanks to Syria. The Rom Orthodox are divided, and the Maronites too. Some Rom Orthodox are loyal to Hezballah while others aren't. As for the Maronites, there are groups like El Tayar that are close allies to Hezballah while others like the Lebanese Forces there don't like them.
As for the Jews, no one knows about them.
