Yes they do, all Orthodox churches share the same traditions (Slowfinger is exactly right) which are unchanged since the early churches started. In 1054 the Roman Catholics separated themselves from the Orthodox and in the middle ages the Protestants separated from the RC. The unity between the local orthodox churches can be seen especially in western countries. In the parish where I go (Netherlands), orthodox people from about 20 countries(!) celebrate Holy Liturgy together. We are one in Christ, despite of race, origin, language
