The main difference is that the Eastern Orthodoxy doesn't recognize the authority of the Pope.

The Greek Orthodox Church is also much older than the Roman Catholic Church. The Apostle Paul founded the churches in Greece way before the church in Rome was founded. In reality Paul came to Rome years before the so-called "first Pope" Peter stepped foot in Rome. Paul was the real beginning of spreading the Gospel of Jesus to all gentiles. In truth, the real leader and founder of the church to non-Jewish people was Paul.

The cannons of Christianity were made by the Eastern Church and were only adopted years later by the Roman Catholic Church.

In Catholicism they believe that cheese should be yellow and solid. In Eastern Orthodoxy they believe that cheese should be white with holes in it.

Their views on the Trinity and that's the main reason for the schism of 1054.
Many crusades was thrown against the Orthodox by the Roman Catholics.
When a Roman Catholic country needed more land, they would skip the other Roman Catholic believing countries and attack a region that was Orthodox.

The Roman Catholics hold Christmas more important than Easter.
The Orthodox are the other way around.

Well, there's a few for you. Hope this helps. . .

Catholics and all other denominations use the Julian church calendar. Eastern Orthodox uses the Gregorian. I hope I got the names right. Orthodox Christmases and Easters fall about a month later than everyone Else's for that reason. Eastern Orthodox deals more with icons, depictions of the saints, and images. They do a lot of chanting.

The Vatican was located in Constantinople at first. Later on it was moved to Rome. Some Catholics refused to accept the Roman Pope. They had two popes at the same time at one point, one in Rome and one in Constantinople. They split and formed the Eastern Orthodox Church. There are a couple of types that I know of: Greek, Russian, and Moravian Orthodox churches. The head of the Russian Orthodox Church is called the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia. Patriarch Kirill is the current one.
