Default Does the Eastern Orthodox Church use the same Holy Bible as the Roman Catholic Church

I'm a Catholic, I used to be a Protestant. Protestants believe that the Catholics added extra books in the Old Testament. Catholics say, which I believe to be true, that the New Testament church from the first century used the Old Testament with the "extra books" which Protestants call the Apocrypha. I am exploring the Eastern Orthodox Church, because it seems to be very similar to the Catholic Church and wonder what Bible they follow, the Catholic Bible or the Protestant Bible (NIV, KJV, NKJV, etc...).

Almost!

They have your Apocrypha with a couple of small additions. My feeble memory cannot dredge what the differences are right now.

Sorry!

I know in the Greek Orthodox church they include some books that the Catholic church doesn't.

I just found this, so maybe it helps.

As mentioned ,the Orthodox have many of the same Bible books,as the Catholic Bible, and have even a tiny bit more in their collection.
It is good for people to study these two oldest traditions of Christianity, because anyone seeking the most exact truths, must consider the earliest sources possible

Not exactly. In fact, the various "churches" (or "patriarchates") that are members of the Eastern Orthodox Church each have different Bibles:

You might also want to explore the Oriental Orthodox Church. The Bible with the most books - as far as I know - is the Ethiopian Orthodox Church:

including books of "Maccabees" that are very different from the "Maccabees" books found in Roman Catholic and Orthodox Bibles.
