Default Does the Eastern Orthodox Church pray to the Virgin Mary?

I know the Roman Catholic Church does (as well as several saints), but does the Eastern Orthodox Church?
I'm also interested to know if they pray to statues of the Virgin Mary....?

Yes, the Orthodox Church prays to the Blessed Virgin Mary & the Saints.

Protestant denominations are the only Christians who do not hon our the Mother Of God & the Saints.

Yeah, some protestant churches don't dishonor God by exalting a mere human and praying to her. No different than a pagan praying to a false god. The only one to be prayed to is God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. Never in the bible is there a clear mention of anyone praying to Mary or any other saints. The devil is a good liar though.

Only the Protestants do not call the blessed mother of God blessed and honor her. Instead they defile her memory. They ignore the biblical instructions to show our love by praying for one another and asking others to pray for us. To ask another to pray for us is not worshiping that person but instead following the biblical instruction that the prayers of the righteous are of great benefit. Who could be more righteous than the blessed mother of God?

No one asks a statue to pray for them. Such a supposition is nonsense.

God bless!

In Christ

LOL---nobody prays to statues or icons ,they're only paper or plaster ,etc representations of Christ,HisMother, the angels and saints
and of course the Eastern Orthodox revere Her and ask for Her intercession.
Protestants, etc border on blasphemy by not giving the Mother of the Living God the homage due .
Why they fail to realize the most basic FACT that only a sinless human would carry the unborn Saviour and raise Him is beyond belief and yes,to the bible only crew--Mary most certainly was spoken of in prophecy and fulfilled them too.
