Default Has the Eastern Orthodox Church changed at all in the last 2000 years?

I often hear Orthodox Christians claim that their denomination of Christianity has NEVER EVER changed (even in the most mundane of qualities) and I just find this hard to believe.

Is there any evidence of the Eastern Orthodox Church having changed throughout its history?
Anyone who doesn't directly answer this question will have their answer reported.

That includes the first answerer so far...
Ok. Since the whole "Great Schism" to me seems like a big game of pointing the finger, let me alter my question a bit:

Has the Eastern Orthodox Church changed at all SINCE THE SCHISM (in 1054CE)?

"Is there any evidence of the Eastern Orthodox Church having changed throughout its history?"

By comparing the New Testament, the writings of the early Church Fathers, and the Orthodox faith.

The only "changes", if any, made within Orthodoxy have been made by the rightful authority of the Ecumenical Councils, and then only to clarify the Christian faith.

The Orthodox Church does not change. She doesn't need to.

There have been small changes in how something may be done, but doctrinally the Orthodox Churches have shown surprisingly little change after the Ecumenical councils "decided/determined" what "real" Christianity is.

Before these codifying councils, you cannot realistically say that either the Orthodox or Roman Catholic churches have a doctrinal starting point.

What we have not changed is doctrine. We have at times further explained doctrine but have not changed. We have changed in pr axis. In other words we still believe that Christ is really and truly present in the Eucharistic Mystery. (That's doctrine) But we have made changes to liturgy, such as how many readings, in what order, etc. (That's Praxis)

The most obvious change to me is that they are no longer in communion with Peter.
