Eastern Orthodoxy, Protestantism, and Catholicism are all denominations of Christianity.

The main difference between Christianity and Judaism is that: 1) Christians add the "New Testament" to the Hebrew Bible, 2) Christians believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the messiah, and 3) Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God and God incarnate.

Answer: The Eastern Orthodox Church and (Roman) Catholic Church were UNITED until 1054 CE and jointly can claim the title of "original Christian church". The Protestant Reformation split off from the Catholic, or Western, branch of Christianity while the Eastern Orthodox Church remained united in DOCTRINE while having separate ADMINISTRATIVE centers.

Judaism is the religion that Christianity originally was an offshoot of and is still united in doctrine.

For information on the Orthodox Church you can refer to this link from the Greek Orthodox Church of America: http://www.goarch.org and for information on the beliefs of Judaism I would advise you try this site http://www.jewfaq.org/index.htm

Well, the difference between all those other ones and Judaism is that Judaism isn't Christianity.

Judaism is the Jewish religion.

All others you include are Christian.

That is the difference!

Eastern Orthodoxy , Protestantism and Catholicism are all branches of Christianity. Eastern Othodox is the most strict of mainstream Christian traditions and demands the most observance. It kept some traditions that the Catholics have abolished. The Orthodox split from the Catholics mainly because of Rome's claim to supreme authority. The Orthodox have their own separate authorities in every country , while all the Roman Catholic churches are all in communion with Rome. There are also some other Catholic Churches (like Greek Catholic) , which are Catholic traditions NOT in communion with the Sees of Rome.
The Protestants demand least observance from the three branches, from what I understand. Protestantism split from Catholicism in the Protestant Reformation. Basically it is like Reformed Catholicism. (With some changes made).

Judaism is another totally different religion , which Christianity emerged from. To understand the difference between Christianity and Judaism better , go on :
