Why is Lot called a holy man by the Jewish people and a saint by the Eastern Orthodox church?

Different terminology, same idea.

Abraham had faith after hearing God talking to him.

Lot had no such experience and believed anyway.

Lot is not considered a holy man by the Jews. He was saved because he was Abraham's relative, and possibly because he was the best man in Sodom and Gemorrah (which isn't saying much). But he is not considered to be a role model and is not included in the list of Patriarchs or important figures of the Torah. Noah was called a "righteous man for his time" in the Torah - Lot was not even honored with that much praise.

Today's Zionism is not the true Israelite religion of the ancients.

It is the rewrite of the Old Testament, and what is believed only comes from a false document called Torah, not the Old Testament Sacred Books.

Eastern Orthodox were excommunicated by the Catholic Church of Christ when they departed. To confuse the issue they then "excommunicated" the Catholics. History and time have shown, however, that orthodox ism is not the true Faith of the Fathers, for it departs from the Patristic record, which is the last benchmark of the True Faith. Orthodox manipulators cannot get at the rewrite of THAT to reprove that they are right. So they are pr oven false by the record.

Who cares what the false religions think about Lot. It is the True Catholic Faith, the traditional one, to which the world listens.

LOT WAS SAVED BY ANGELS.. DISPATHCHED TO SAVE LOT
Lot (Abraham's nephew): Son of Haran, nephew of Abraham. He accompanied Abraham on his journey to Canaan and on his subsequent travels. After conflict arose between the two, he relocated to Sodom. When he was taken captive, Abraham rushed to his aid, battling four kings to secure his freedom. Lot the Righteous
It is not surprising that, given these conflicting signals in the Bible itself, ancient interpreters disagreed on how Lot was to be viewed. Some sources describe him as altogether righteous and good:

RIGHTEOUS MAN
Wisdom rescued a righteous man when the ungodly were perishing; he escaped the fire that descended on the Five Cities. Evidence of their wickedness still remains: a continually smoking wasteland, plants bearing fruit that does not ripen, and a pillar of salt standing as a monument to an unbelieving soul. For because they passed wisdom by, they not only were prevented from recognizing the good, but also left for mankind a reminder of their folly, so that their faults would not be able to pass unseen.

[You are] the one who kindled the fearful fire against the five cities of Sodom, and turned a fruitful land into salt because of those living in it, and snatched away pious Lot from the burning.

"He who walks with wise men becomes wise..."[Prov. 13:20]. This refers to Lot, who accompanied our father Abraham and learned from his good deeds and ways.

This tradition of "Lot the Righteous" is likewise found in early Christian sources. Some Christians saw in Lot yet another biblical figure who, while uncircumcised and not part of Israel, was nonetheless blessed:


By turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes, He [God] condemned them to extinction and made them an example to those who were to be ungodly; and...He rescued the righteous Lot, greatly distressed by the licentiousness of the wicked (for by what that righteous man saw and heard as he lived among them, he was vexed in his righteous soul day after day with their lawless deeds).

Because of his hospitality and piety, Lot was saved from Sodom.

Lot was saved out of Sodom without circumcision, when those very angels and the Lord led him forth.
