it's a cult, just like Christianity, Islam, etc

just fewer followers. and only once sect

they don't fraction apart into many denominations because of infighting, hatred, disagreement, and different interpretations, like Xians do.

I didn't like the picture of the founder in the front, like we were worshiping him. I had to laugh when I was told one of their 'ministers, or whatever he was called, lives on Venus NOW!

The HU song was pretty but not as moving as chanting to me.

The belief structure, as near as I can tell, is pure New Age whack. And recovering Eckists I have known tell me the pr axis tends to become all-absorbing.

That said, before finding my home to the gods and folkways of my ancestors, I found Sri Harold Klemp's public access TV lectures very . . . relaxing. :-)
